Seychelles Breweries Limited, owned globally by Diageo, approached our team about developing a new cider brand for the local Seychelles market. Having picked up on a global trend for more diversity within this category, Slow Turtle Cider was conceptualised and launched to much excitement and anticipation.
Being the pristine setting that the Seychelles are, we ensured that our brand strategy aimed at maintaining that beauty through our suggested implementation of eco-aware programmes. Out of this we were fortunate enough to discover The Ocean Project, a great local initiative involved in raising awareness of environmental issues through various events including beach clean-ups. Seychelles Breweries Ltd. also operates a bottle return system and expect to recycle more than 20 million bottles this year.
